On 17 April 2004, the „Seeterrassen“ became the first restaurant on Rügen to be admitted into the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs. This honour is bestowed on gastronomic establishments which offer their guests food and beverages of an exceptionally high standard, like ours. The hotel’s general air of luxuriousness also pervades our kitchens. Hardly surprising as, after all, the cuisine created there is exclusively fish-oriented; simple, yet also ingeniously clever.
Our aim is to serve light, delicious and cleverly prepared specialities, made using only natural, fresh, high quality ingredients. We also focus on ensuring that we use regional products. The island of Rügen has a wide selection of healthy and nutritious food and authentic products to offer, which we prepare for you with exactitude and passion.
Our chefs are of course also happy to cook your favoured dishes on request, or to compile a special menu according to your requirements, including vegetarian and Ayurvedic meals.
